The Meridian Shift exists because good tradespeople keep building companies that don't pay them back. More revenue, more employees, and more jobs did not automatically create wealth, freedom, or anything worth selling.
A different category on purpose.
We are not trying to replace every piece of construction software you own. Project management, estimating, and customer communication all have their place. Meridian is aimed at something those tools were never built for: contractor business intelligence, education, and the operating decisions only the owner can make.
The construction project matters. But the thing Meridian is trying to improve is the company — and eventually the contractor's life.
If the company can't survive without you, you don't own a business yet. You own a job with overhead.
